How to Enter
1. Fill the online form below

3. Receive payment confirmation
Within one week after payment is confirmed, a “Payment Confirmation” email will be sent from the JOOTA AWARDS Secretariat. Your entry will become official after we've confirmed receipt of your entry fee.
2. Pay the entry fee
The entry fee is 27,500 yen (including tax) per item.

Apply by December 31, 2024, to receive a discounted entry fee of only 25,300 yen (tax included)!
- Regarding payment from overseas, the entry fee can only be paid by credit card using the Square system.
- Please select ‘Credit Card’ as your preferred payment method on the entry form at the time of registration.

- The final deadline date for paying the entry fee is Friday, May 9, 2025.
4.Send your samples
Sample deadline for arrival on Monday, May 12, 2025
- We will contact you by email when your payment is complete.
- After completing your entry application, please send your samples to the address noted by the deadline. The deadline will be strictly enforced.
Please be sure to check the competition rules for Sample Mailing Methods. →Rules - When sending from overseas, please indicate “Sample No Commercial Value” on the customs invoice or box.
- All costs for shipping the samples (such as delivery costs, import clearance costs, import duties…) will be borne by the registering company.
Form
Before applying, be sure to check the competition rules,
such as entry category, number of samples sent.
The information entered in the registration form, such as the “company name” and “product name,” will be directly stated on the certificate when awarded. Please ensure accurate and correct entries. Please be cautious when entering your email address, as any mistake may result in a failure to contact you. If you have a website, please enter the URL correctly, as it will be announced as part of the information for the award-winning oil on the website. 「会社名」「商品名」などは、表彰状にそのまま記載されますので、正確にご入力ください。 メールアドレスの入力に誤りがあるとご連絡ができなくなりますので、ご入力の際はご注意ください。 ホームページをお持ちの場合は、受賞オイルの情報としてウェブサイト上で発表させていただきますので、URLを正確にご入力ください。
