How to Enter

1. Fill the online form below

2. Pay the entry fee

The entry fee is JPY25,300 (tax included) per item.

Payment of your entry fee can be made by credit card (Square system) or bank transfer. At the time of entry, please select your preferred payment method on the entry form.

For credit card payments, please follow the instructions in the guidance.

In the case of bank transfer, please make a payment by wire transfer to the designated bank account within 10 days of applying for entry.

3. Receive payment confirmation

Within one week after payment is confirmed, a “Payment Confirmation” email will be sent from the JOOTA AWARDS Secretariat.

4.Send your samples

Sample deadline for arrival on Monday, February 10, 2020

  • We will contact you by email when your payment is complete.
  • When sending from overseas, please indicate “Sample No Commercial
  • Value” on the customs invoice or box.
  • All costs for shipping the samples (such as delivery costs, import clearance costs, import duties…) will be borne by the registering company.
