Award Ceremony postponed

In consideration of the current situation of the new type of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and due to the cancellation of the exhibition “FOODEX JAPAN 2020”, which is the venue for the award ceremony, the award ceremony of “TOKYO IOOC JOOTA AWARDS” will be postponed.
Japan Management Association, the organizer of FOODEX JAPAN 2020, has officially taken the decision to cancel the event, originally scheduled to be held at Makuhari Messe during 10th to 13th March 2020. This decision has been made based on the announcement of Japanese government, which requests event organizers to cancel huge events held in Japan to prevent infection from Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We regret to inform you that the award ceremony in FOODEX JAPAN and showcasing of all winning olive oil at the tasting counter will be also canceled.
Regarding the postponement schedule, we will inform you after examining the future situation.

The special award, which was to be announced at the award ceremony, will be announced on this website on March 10.
